Fire hose
The choice of the firehose that you purchase with a reel, or separately, has an influence on the way in which you can proceed to control or extinguish a class A (solid) fire.
According to the Royal Decree of 1994/2006, a hose may have a maximum length of 30 meters and the hose must have a minimum passage diameter of 3/4 ".
Within the legal framework, you can choose a hose of 20 meters, but this has a less wide range. Another adjustable parameter is the minimum passage diameter of the hose. A hose with a 1" diameter can transport larger quantities of water, but is less flexible.
