OSB (Oriented strand board) and building boards are a form of wood, similar to particleboard, formed by adding glue and compressing layers of wood strands (flakes).p>

OSB, in particular, is a material with very favourable mechanical properties, suitable for load-bearing applications in the construction industry. OSB is also regularly used in the production of furniture.
