Fire Hydrant

A fire hydrant is a drain point where you can connect a pipe to get a direct access to water from the distribution system. Thanks to fire hydrants, you can obtain an easy access to large amounts of water.

There are different types of hydrants and these must meet different European standards:
- Above-ground mouths must comply with NBN S21-019
- the underground mouths must comply with NBN EN 14339
- the wall hydrants must comply with NBN EN 671-2
